Fixes BLE peripheral packet length, improves disconnect handling, and ensures the virtual peripheral device unregisters cleanly.
These changes prevent out-of-bounds reads during BLE peripheral traffic, resolve race conditions in disconnect callbacks, and eliminate resource leaks from the virtual peripheral device, ensuring stable dual-mode operation.
